Nyt cooking leek risotto. Ive already made a broth from our garden vegetables. Cook stirring over medium-high until wilted and soft about 5 minutes. Stir in the rice and cook for 1 min.
Heat olive oil in a large heavy-based pan over medium heat. Add 12 cup white wine and stir until liquid is absorbed. Add onion and leeks.
1 12 Cups Risotto Rice short grain 3 Cups Chicken Stock 14 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese Extra 25gm Butter. Once cooked do not reheat. Turn on medium heat and let the leek cook gently until very soft.
Stir to coat the rice and cook for 1 minute to lightly toast the rice. One-pot chicken mushroom risotto. Add the red wine and keep stirring till the pan is dry again.
Drain and set aside. Add the leek and cook stirring occasionally for 5 minutes or until. Bring stock to a simmer in a medium saucepan over medium-low.
