Nyt Cooking Swordfish Eggplant

WHY THIS RECIPE WORKS. Remove the fish from the pan and set aside. Repeat adding more oil as needed.
14 teaspoon red-pepper flakes. Season each swordfish steak with salt and freshly ground black pepper. You can leave the grill on to be ready for the swordfish.
Add wine olives capers and a small pinch of salt and bring to a simmer. Add the tomatoes and oregano. Stir and cook until fragrant about 1 to 2 minutes.
