No Knead Chapati Dough
Kneading chapati dough gets rid of the flour lumps.
No knead chapati dough. Pour the water into the bowl and using a spatula or a wooden spoon mix it until its all incorporated. In a chapati it is the searing heat of the oven tava or in this case the BBQ plate that causes the bread to rise. Pat dough into a rough 9x7-inch rectangle.
Look no further. Salt -As per taste. By the time you finish pouring all 112 cups of water the dough should have formed a neat ball.

Then start rolling it into a circle thats about 6 inches wide and 38-inch to 14-inch thick. Turn dough over and press down lightly shake off excess flour. Add the water and using a wooden spoon or Danish dough whisk mix until you have a wet sticky dough about 30 seconds.
