Reduce oven temperature to 325F.

Place steaks on a wire rack fitted over a rimmed baking sheet. Let meat come to room temperature before cooking if necessary. Roast the steaks for about 4 minutes or until nicely browned on the bottom then turn and cook on the other side for another 3 or 4 minutes until done.
