Nytimes Cooking Mashed Potato Casserole
Spray a 13 x 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

Spread mashed potatoes into a sprayed casserole dish and sprinkle with shredded cheese and paprika. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes. Spread in baking dish dot the top with butter.
Add to the potatoes along with the crème fraîche pepper and nutmeg and stir until the butter has melted.
