This tangy mildly spicy white-bean chili is as warming and comforting as a traditional chili but in a lighter brighter form.

In a large skillet cook beef and sausage over medium heat until meat is no longer pink. Adjust the heat so it sizzles steadily and cook stirring occasionally to break it up until the meat browns all over 5-10 minutes. Cover and cook on high for 4-5 hours or until vegetables are tender.
