Nyt cooking ginger fried rice. In a large skillet heat 14 cup oil over medium heat. Transfer to a bowl. Cook about 10 minutes stirring occasionally until very tender but not browned.
Spread the chicken into a single layer and cook without touching or tossing until a deep golden-brown crust forms 3-4 minutes. Now throw in veggies like onion carrots capsicum and mushroom. Massage and mix the rice around with your hands.
