Nyt roasted brussel sprouts with garlic. Cut each sprout in half lengthwise and put them in a large bowl. Slice the ends off of the sprouts and remove loose discolored or damaged leaves from the outside. Place brussels sprouts in a single layer onto the prepared baking sheet.
