Easy Roti Bread

Easy roti bread. Slide the roti to the side of the pan and quickly flip to brown the other side cooking for about 1 to 2 minutes more. Knead into a soft dough. Roti otherwise called handmade bread or chapati is a level bread which originated in India. Ideal to serve with curries or lentils.
Cover with cling film and leave aside. Mix together to form a dough. In a large bowl add flour and salt then use a large fork or whisk to thoroughly to combine all ingredients.
Let rest for another 30 minutes. Cook 1 to 2 minutes until the bread puffs up and turns light brown on the underside. Mixture would have cooled down a little.
Flip and fold the roti in on each side to make a rectangle or square. This bread is widely recognized throughout many parts of the world. Divide the dough into three pieces and on a well floured surface roll each piece out into nice thin discs.
Once foaming add the rolled out roti one at a time and cook for 1-2 mins on each side or until. Add about 1 teaspoon oil to the skillet and add a circle of dough. Make a well in the center of the flour mixture and add half of the liquid.
